YAB.s are newly developed training weights with an exciting ergonomic design. The missing link between dumbbell and kettle bell – all the features you need to set new impulses in training. Multi-functionality through versatile possibilities of application. YAB.s protect the joints and increase your muscle tone through variable training intensity: Thanks to their special shape, YAB.s provide different grip and holding possibilities. Athletes can choose their level of training intensity, depending on their individual strength: easy, intermediate or heavy. You can also hold YAB.s in your workout with open hands, to support open kinetic chain exercises. Training with YAB.s is like a guided training on a machine, but the trainee remains flexible and free in their movements.

YAB.BELT

Use the YAB.Belt to attach the YAB.s to your foot. For the first time, an intensive training of the leg and gluteal muscles is possible.
